Porto Montenegro plans multi-million euro investment over next decade
November 26, 2019
Porto Montenegro is maintaining its status as one of the world’s most desirable marinas for luxury yacht charter groups by investing more than €500 million over the course of the next 10 years.
In September the Eastern Mediterranean won the European Property Award 2019 in the Mixed-Use Development category and offers comprehensive services, high standards and an ongoing commitment to sustainability. The Elena Residences are part of the newest development on site and plans are set to extend the development as it becomes a busy port even after the conclusion of the Mediterranean yacht charter season:
“Retail, dining and leisure facilities are intended to cater to high-end clientele for whom the Boka region serves as an ideal second home location and premium lifestyle hub, as well as the hot-off-the-press destination for real estate investment”, comments Danilo Kalezic, Senior PR and Marketing Manager at Porto Montenegro.
The Arsenal Business Club Porto Montenegro is the new affordable office hub at the marina that is suited to entrepreneurs and small teams, and each space is ready to be personalised. Just 50 metres away from the entrance to the complex is the Arena sports field, where the building tenants have a green space in which to unwind and enjoy the views of the bay. The BlueRoom is the complex’s newest sports, music and entertainment venue ideal for after-work drinks and games of snooker, ping-pong, table football, simulated golf and live sports screenings as well as other activities.
The marina now sports a new helipad as well, increasing access around Montenegro within the UNESCO-protected Boka Bay and another way to access the ski resorts of Zabljak and Kolašin to the north and the southern shores of the Ada Bojana riverside and Velika Plaza (Grand Beach).
Due to the year-round warm weather, Montenegro and nearby Croatia are perfect destinations for a corporate event charter, special event charter or a family holiday in the sunshine and the ongoing development at Porto Montenegro will ensure that all visitors receive premium service within the region.
